Pluribus Capital is a merchant bank specializing in structured finance, special situations investing, private illiquid asset M&A, and financial restructuring. The firm works closely with hedge funds, middle-market companies, financial institutions, and institutional investors requiring creative transaction solutions. During the last decade, Pluribus and its managing member have originated over $45 billion of corporate transaction value and led sale and co-investment processes in excess of $3 billion for many of the largest financial institutions.
Prior — 13+ Years
Led the Special Situations / Portfolio Acquisition Group within GE Capital's Global Sponsor Finance division. Under his leadership, the group managed over $900 million in performing and distressed assets and executed structured debt and equity transactions across a broad range of industries. Originated and structured more than $40 billion in corporate transaction volume and worked extensively with private equity sponsors, alternative asset managers, and global financial institutions. Served as a board member and institutional representative in over 100 portfolio companies, partnering with management teams to enhance governance frameworks, risk oversight, and value-creation initiatives.
